By joining the Runrate waitlist or using any Runrate service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Runrate. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our discretion.

Use of the service

Runrate services, when made available, are provided for legitimate business use in tracking and managing AI agent costs. Unauthorized, abusive, or illegal use is prohibited.

Intellectual property

All content, software, and materials on this site and in the Runrate platform are owned by Runrate and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

Runrate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service following changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
